I'd like to just skip over the next two weeks, please...

...and wake up on November 7th, with Obama having won the election, the three moles and one benign cyst already removed from my stomach and back*, and what was supposed to be my due date** having already come and gone. Anybody have some HiberNol?

*The surgeon I am now seeing found another suspicious mole on my back that the wonderful CNP at the dermatologist (with the weird office) missed. He also recommended removing the benign cyst from my back that has been there since I was 14.

**I was supposed to be due this Friday. I guess my original plan to forget all that didn't quite work out.

Wha - my internet / geographical settings wouldn't let me see the video.

Good luck with the mole removal - I'll join you in your pain by having a wisdom tooth removed in 2 weeks (right after a half marathon :P)...

As for the due date... well, you know I'm with you on that one too... I think it's ok to be a little sad about it, but stay positive :)

I'll try not to chew on my nails on Nov 4th!

Oh no- wisdom teeth! That's way worse that what I'm whining about- I hope it all goes smoothly. Thanks for the positive vibes...

I would just like all the political crap to end. But I have a feeling that it will be going on long after election day.

Hugs to you with everything going on. Drop me an email if you need to vent.

I too am ready for this election to be over (along with a few of my deadlines...)

Hugs!

I voted today, and was surprised to learn in my small suburb of Mid-sized City, Central State, more than half of the registered voters have already cast ballots.

I'm sure our procedures will go well, but I am also sure you will be glad when they are over!

Thanks, everyone. I'm going to vote today plus all of the usual Halloween chaos, so I haven't really been dwelling on it (today at least). Although I almost started crying in Target yesterday when I was looking for a baby gift for a friend. The other weird thing with today is that it's my dad's birthday- and it's going on ten years since we've spoken. Again- the fact that it's Halloween makes it easier to forget about that.

I'm doing more obsessing over the creepy surgery (which is next Thursday). I am not too worried about the moles- it's the sebaceous cyst on my back that I'm dreading. At least I'll have the election between now and then to distract me!

Hope all goes smoothly surgery-wise!
