Shopping advice? updated
Is it worth spending $100 on a maternity suit from Ann Taylor Loft? It is on sale... It pains me to spend too much on clothes that I will wear for only a few months in the fall, but I will have to have something to wear to work!
UPDATE: Well, I caved before I even heard from anyone, because this dress was on sale for $9.88 (from $84.00!!) I got the suit, too and one other top (in black). Thanks for helping me rationalize my retail therapy, Dr. Brazen Hussy!
Thanks, everyone! Yes- I did get the suit for that price, Kate- good luck with your pregnancy plans!
I guess knowing that this will be the last time I am pregnant (unless we have a really big OOPS after this one!) is my whole reluctance to spend a lot. H thinks I'm crazy to be buying clothes already! Of course, if I had waited, I wouldn't get the sale stuff for cooler weather that I'll need in the fall. If I were younger and this was our first child, I would feel like I could probably wear the clothes again later, but since I'll be 38 this fall and our daughter will be 9 when this one is born, we don't have plans to do it again!

$100 for a suit is great! And maybe you'll be able to pass it on to someone else.
If I had read your post, I would have told you to go for it. I am so glad you did!!!! What a great deal!!!
Never underestimate the importance of clothes that make you feel fabulous! Remember that you *deserve* to look and feel good.
Glad you decided to buy the suit.
When I clicked on the suit it was on sale for ~1/2 off. Did you get that savings?? If not, you should call them and get the suit for even less!
(It's a super cute suit - I'm thinking about getting one too, and I'm not hoping to be pregnant again for another 5 months!!)
And the dress is adorable, enjoy them!

Thanks again, everyone!
I bought an entire maternity wardrobe on E-bay for $100. Highly recommend this!
That's a great idea, MommyProf! I'll check it out!
I taught until my eighth month - you NEED some clothes, believe me. Yes, do check eBay.
