Nine Years

H and I celebrated our 9th anniversary yesterday. We got a babysitter and went to an afternoon showing of Indiana Jones*, then had Middle Eastern food for dinner**. After dinner we visited this park near Major City. It was just lovely outside, which was a huge change because 24 hours earlier it was like a sauna outside. We didn't stay out too late, but sat out on our porch looking at the stars when we got home. We were able to see Jupiter even though we had scattered clouds. It was a really nice day and I'm glad we got to spend together.*** I love you, H!

**OMG, was this place overpriced! I knew the prices from looking at their website, but I thought it was going to be on the fancy side since it was so expensive. Nope- it was just pretty casual. The food was good, but not fabulous and definitely not worth $17 for veggie kebabs!

***and that it didn't involve cleaning the house!
