Getting toward mid-career & still finding my way...
So cool! We only get nasty pigeons on our porch. :(
I get the occasional cardinal, but nothing this gorgeous!
I grew up wishing that one day *poof* in my yard!
I've always loved looking at them. And it's so cool to have one just sitting on your porch. But they can be sooo noisey. My car was surrounded by several one day and they just wouldn't back off.But they are beautiful!
WOW!
For those who haven't heard this before: we live near a farm where a few peafowl live. They frequent our yard to eat the birdseed that we put out for the wild birds. We love watching them, even though they can make a real mess!
I love it when their feathers shed though. They make great cat toys!
